Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter, baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the flour until just incorporated; avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
