Instructions
- Slice beef sirloin thinly against the grain and mince fresh garlic.
- Marinate the beef in a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar, and half of the minced garlic for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add marinated beef to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Stir in remaining minced garlic during the last minute of cooking.
- Serve hot over rice or with vegetables.
