Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, garlic powder, and chopped parsley.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil or use parchment paper. Place the coated chicken breasts on the sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
