- Fresh cod fillets
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh lemons
- Garlic cloves

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with minced garlic from 3 cloves.
- Place the cod fillets in the prepared baking dish and drizzle with the garlic-oil mixture.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
