- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish, drizzling with olive oil. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dill; massage the seasonings into the fish.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seasoned fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving; garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
