Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and sliced mushrooms; sauté until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic; cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in beef broth; bring to a simmer and reduce slightly (about 5 minutes).
- Lower heat and mix in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Serve hot over egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
