Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
- Gently fold in washed blackberries, being careful not to crush them.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let cool inside for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate overnight before serving, garnished with fresh blackberries.
