- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat in marinade. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Preheat Grill: Heat grill to medium-high (400°F/200°C).
- Assemble Kebabs: Thread chicken pieces onto skewers with bell pepper chunks and onion wedges.
- Grill: Cook kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
