  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Chop the bell peppers and mince the garlic; set aside.
  2. Layer the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  4. Add the chopped bell peppers and minced garlic on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
