Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Cajun seasoning (to taste)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts generously with Cajun seasoning. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and chicken broth. Scrape any browned bits from the bottom.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5-10 minutes until coated in sauce.
- Let rest for a minute before serving, drizzling extra sauce on top.
