- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb gnocchi (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Add garlic powder, thyme, and oregano; cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, then add gnocchi. Fold gently to coat.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through. Serve garnished with extra cheese or herbs if desired.
