- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cups fresh spinach
Instructions
- Chop garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; gather all ingredients.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place seasoned chicken in the Crock Pot and add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and cream cheese.
- Pour in chicken broth and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in spinach about 15 minutes before serving.
