Instructions
- Slice the beef chuck roast into thin strips against the grain.
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
- Place the sliced beef in the crockpot and pour the sauce mixture over it.
- Add fresh broccoli florets on top without stirring.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
- For a thicker sauce, uncover during the last 30 minutes of cooking and stir gently before serving.
