- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Season chicken breasts with thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook seasoned chicken in the skillet for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour remaining garlic butter over it.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
