Ingredients
- Fresh fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
- Unsalted butter
- Garlic cloves
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat; melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
- Pat fish fillets dry, season with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove fish and set aside. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice and chopped parsley; mix well before returning the fish to coat in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, drizzling extra sauce over the top.
