Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the potatoes and mix gently.
- Spread the potato mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
