- 2 halal chicken sausages (pre-cooked)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 bell pepper (diced, optional)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (washed)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and dice the bell pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the halal chicken sausages for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Beat the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour into another skillet over medium heat and scramble until creamy.
- Add shredded cheese and bell peppers to the eggs, stirring until melted.
- Lay tortillas flat, spoon in the egg mixture, place cooked sausage on top, and add fresh spinach. Roll tightly into wraps.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve warm.
