Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks.
- Set up a breading station with one bowl of beaten eggs, one bowl of panko breadcrumbs, and another with flour mixed with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken piece in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry nuggets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
