- 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions
- Grate the cucumber, then place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out excess moisture until dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, squeezed cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with pita chips, fresh veggies, or as a topping for grilled meats.
