Instructions
- In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger until well mixed.
- In another bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water to create a slurry.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat; add the chicken and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Pour the honey mixture over the chicken; let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the cornstarch slurry; cook for an additional minute until the sauce thickens.
- Serve topped with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
