- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz Italian sausage (cooked and crumbled)
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup bell peppers (diced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick on a floured surface.
- Evenly distribute the cooked sausage over the dough, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and diced bell peppers.
- Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log shape and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the rolled Stromboli on the prepared baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and cut slits for steam release.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling slightly before slicing.
