Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in softened butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the dish.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, flour, and baking powder until blended. Pour over the crust.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares.
