Instructions

- In a bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
