- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 2 cups fresh lettuce, chopped
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional: Additional chipotle sauce for drizzling
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken breasts and chipotle ranch dressing. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- While chicken cooks, chop lettuce, dice tomatoes, and slice avocados.
- Lay a tortilla flat, layer grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado. Drizzle with extra chipotle sauce and lime juice if desired. Roll tightly.
- Slice burrito in half and enjoy immediately.
