Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and onion and measuring out spices.

- In a large bowl, combine sautéed aromatics with ground lamb, spices, herbs, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Mix thoroughly using your hands.
- Shape the mixture into patties or meatballs.
- Cook in the skillet over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown (internal temperature should reach 160°F).
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
