Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined—lumps are okay.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour batter onto the skillet using a ladle. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Stack pancakes on a plate and drizzle with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
