- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; lumps are okay.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat; it's ready when water sizzles.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on top (2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
