Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta is a mouthwatering, quick meal that combines tender steak bites with rich, creamy pasta for an unforgettable dining experience.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the Steak Bites: Cut steak into bite-sized pieces. In a skillet over medium-high heat, season with salt and pepper and sear until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. Add Garlic and Butter: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and butter. Sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, scraping up any bits from the bottom. Stir in parmesan until melted and creamy.
  5. Combine: Return cooked steak and pasta to the skillet. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Top with chopped parsley before serving hot.
