- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the Steak Bites: Cut steak into bite-sized pieces. In a skillet over medium-high heat, season with salt and pepper and sear until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- Add Garlic and Butter: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and butter. Sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, scraping up any bits from the bottom. Stir in parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Combine: Return cooked steak and pasta to the skillet. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Garnish and Serve: Top with chopped parsley before serving hot.
