Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring continuously while incorporating grated parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Toss the drained pasta into the skillet, mixing well to coat with sauce. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot with extra parmesan on top.
