- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
- Arrange seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour half of the glaze over them evenly.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C), drizzling the remaining glaze halfway through cooking.
- Let rest for five minutes before serving.
