- ½ cup crunchy dill pickles, sliced
- ½ cup sliced onions (sweet or red)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground halal beef with salt, black pepper, and onion powder until just combined.
- Shape into four equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.
- Preheat grill or pan over medium-high heat until hot.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
- If using cheese, add slices during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast buns lightly on the grill; assemble burgers with patties, pickles, and onions.
