Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, then sprinkle evenly with cheese and add your chosen fillings.
- Roll the dough tightly from one edge to form a log and pinch the ends to seal.
- Slice into 2-inch pieces and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Brush each roll lightly with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
