- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper until smooth.
- Toss the chicken wings in half of the marinade until well coated.
- Arrange wings on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush wings with the remaining marinade and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
