Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the honey mustard sauce over them.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving; drizzle with extra sauce from the dish.
