- 16 oz (450g) full-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (240ml) fresh brewed coffee (strong)
- 1 cup (240g) sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
- Cocoa powder (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix well. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually add brewed coffee and sour cream until well blended.
- Stir in vanilla extract and optional cocoa powder for additional flavor.
- Pour mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve cold, garnishing as desired.
