- 2 lobster tails (fresh or frozen)
- 8 oz linguine or fettuccine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc)
- Fresh basil or parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add white wine to the skillet and reduce by half.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Fold in cooked lobster meat and Parmesan cheese; season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the drained pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
- Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
