Creamy Lobster Pasta is a rich and indulgent dish that transforms any meal into a gourmet experience, featuring succulent lobster in a velvety sauce over tender pasta.

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (fresh or frozen)
  • 8 oz linguine or fettuccine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc)
  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add white wine to the skillet and reduce by half.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  5. Fold in cooked lobster meat and Parmesan cheese; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
