- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 4 oz pancetta, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream (full-fat)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the pancetta until golden and crispy (5-7 minutes).
- Reduce heat to low and add minced garlic; sauté briefly until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir gently to combine.
- Toss the cooked tortellini into the skillet with the pancetta and sauce until well-coated. Gradually add grated Parmesan while stirring continuously until melted and creamy.
- Season with black pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley if desired, then serve hot.
