- 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until fluffy; mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine flour and baking powder in another bowl; gradually add to wet ingredients while mixing gently.
- Fold in half of the melted chocolate and fresh raspberries carefully.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining melted chocolate.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set; let cool completely before slicing.
