Ingredients
- 150g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
- 300ml heavy cream
- 3 large egg whites
- 100g roasted hazelnuts (chopped)
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another clean bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold melted chocolate into whipped cream until combined, then gradually fold in egg whites.
- Fold half of the chopped hazelnuts into the mixture and transfer to serving dishes.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving and top with remaining hazelnuts.
