Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef while breaking it apart until fully cooked.
- Add diced onion, carrots, celery, and minced garlic; cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and creamy.
- Mix in bacon bits along with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste; simmer for an additional few minutes.
- Serve hot with garnishes of extra cheese or bacon bits if desired.
