  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 15×10-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs and granulated sugar until frothy. Add flour, baking powder, and vanilla; mix until just combined.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. While cooling, whip cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in strawberries.
  5. Dust a kitchen towel with powdered sugar. Invert the cooled cake onto the towel and remove parchment paper. Roll tightly from one end.
  6. Unroll gently, spread filling evenly, then roll back up without the towel.
  7. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for at least an hour before slicing.
