- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (dollops)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano or basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 12 inches in diameter.
- If desired, spread a thin layer of marinara or pesto sauce over the dough.
- Start layering with shredded mozzarella, followed by grated parmesan, crumbled gorgonzola, and dollops of ricotta.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with oregano or basil.
- Bake on a preheated stone or tray for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
