Instructions

  1. Clear your workspace and gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) if you're baking ladyfingers.
  2. Brew 1 cup of strong espresso and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks; gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Briefly dip ladyfingers into cooled espresso and layer them in a dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then add another layer of soaked biscuits.
