Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.

- In the same skillet, add sliced steak seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until browned and tender.
- Stir minced garlic into the skillet, then pour in heavy cream while scraping up drippings from the bottom.
- Whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth; adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Toss cooked fettuccine, shrimp, and steak into the sauce until well-coated; serve hot.
