- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup apple cider
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat eggs with melted butter and vanilla until smooth; gradually mix in apple cider.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before generously frosting with cream cheese frosting.
