Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, melted butter, and apple cider until smooth. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and springy.
- Let cool slightly before glazing with a mixture of powdered sugar and water.
