Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet without crowding them.
- Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
