  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 500g)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
