- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 500g)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- During the last five minutes of baking, spoon some marinade over each breast for extra glaze.
- Let rest for five minutes before slicing and serving with your favorite sides.
