- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle and transfer it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or heated pizza stone.
- Spread BBQ sauce generously over the dough, leaving space around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the sauce, followed by sliced red onions and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing.
