Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear marinated chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add chicken broth and let simmer for another 5 minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with green onions before serving hot over rice or noodles.
